Section 1Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bd9io platform and all its services ("Services"). By accessing the bd9io website, registering an account, or using any service, you declare that you fully accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the bd9io services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement.

Section 2Eligibility and Age Restriction

To participate on the bd9io platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• All information provided in your account must be true, accurate, and complete.
• You may operate only one account at a time. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You must act under your own capacity and responsibility — operating an account on behalf of another person or a third party is not permitted.

Section 3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at bd9io, you must provide accurate personal information. bd9io reserves the right to close any account opened on the basis of false information at any time, and the associated funds may be confiscated.

3.2 Password and Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activities carried out under your account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd9io reserves the right to verify the identity of customers when required. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. Documents such as a national identity card or passport may be requested.

Section 4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bd9io is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. You must use a payment method registered in your name when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be completed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

4.4 Source of Funds

You declare that the funds you deposit are obtained from a legitimate source and are in no way connected to money laundering. bd9io reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in the case of suspicious transactions.

Section 5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd9io offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Accepting this bonus will apply a 20x wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount becomes withdrawable after being wagered 20 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each offer may have its own validity period, minimum wagering amount, and eligible games.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same customer, household, address, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• bd9io reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The bd9io VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and loyalty.

Section 6Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd9io platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of someone else.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any artificial method to operate an account.
• Unfairly exploiting bonuses or promotional offers, or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability in the platform's games or systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users or colluding with them.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating an account using false information.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities may result in the immediate closure of the account and confiscation of funds.

Section 7Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games at bd9io are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure that the outcome of every game is completely random and unbiased.

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or connection disruption, bd9io will resolve it in accordance with applicable policy. bd9io reserves the right to void erroneous or invalid wagers.

Section 8Responsible Gaming

bd9io firmly believes in responsible gaming. We place the highest priority on the wellbeing of our users. Customers may set their own deposit and wagering limits and may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion if needed.

Section 11Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability

bd9io strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. bd9io is not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

bd9io will not bear any liability if service is disrupted due to unforeseen natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or any other unavoidable circumstances (Force Majeure).

Section 12Account Closure and Termination of Service

12.1 Closure at User's Initiative

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn prior to closure.

12.2 Closure at bd9io's Initiative

bd9io may suspend or close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or legal obligations.

The applicable law and jurisdiction for the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms will be determined by bd9io. Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at resolution through negotiation.
